1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the BingoPlus platform — whether through the website at bingoplus.ml or through our official mobile app — you automatically agree to and are bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies published by BingoPlus from time to time.

If you disagree with any part of this document, you are advised not to use our platform. BingoPlus reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website.

1.1 Scope of Terms

These Terms and Conditions cover all services provided by BingoPlus, including but not limited to:

• Bingo, slot, and live casino games
• Sports betting and fish shooting games
• Bonus programmes, promotions, and rewards
• Deposit, withdrawal, and account management services
• The bingoplus mobile app for Android and iOS

1.2 Language of Terms

These Terms and Conditions are published in Bahasa Melayu as the primary version. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the Bahasa Melayu version, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.

2. Member Eligibility

Bingoplus is a gaming platform exclusively for adults. To register and use our services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

3. Account Registration

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, active mobile number, valid email address, and any other required details. False or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or terminated without prior notice.

3.2 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. bingoplus will not be liable for any losses resulting from the disclosure of your login information to a third party. 3.3 One Account Per Device

To protect the platform and all members, BingoPlus employs a device detection system. If more than one account is found using the same device or IP address, all associated accounts will be subject to investigation and may be suspended during the review process.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.3 Refund Policy

Deposits credited to your gaming account are non-refundable except in specific circumstances, such as accidental duplicate deposits verified by our team. All refund requests are subject to review and BingoPlus's decision is final.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

6. Game Rules

All games on the BingoPlus platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been verified and certified by independent international auditing bodies, ensuring every game outcome is entirely random and fair to all members.

6.1 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure or disruption during a gaming session, BingoPlus will endeavour to resolve any disputes based on recorded server logs. BingoPlus is not liable for any losses arising from internet disruptions on the member's end.

6.2 Game Results

All game outcomes recorded by BingoPlus servers are final. In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on the member's screen and the server records, the server records shall serve as the official reference. BingoPlus reserves the right to void any game rounds affected by technical failures on our end.

6.3 Betting Limits

7. Member Conduct

• Using profane, offensive, or threatening language on any BingoPlus communication channel
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or attack the platform's technical infrastructure
• Sharing or selling your bingoplus account to a third party
• Engaging in collusion with other members in multiplayer games
• Spreading false or misleading information about BingoPlus to the public

7.2 Consequences of Violations

Violations of member conduct rules may result in a written warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure depending on the severity of the breach. BingoPlus reserves the right to withhold balances in accounts involved in fraudulent activity pending the completion of an investigation.

8. Account Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your bingoplus account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, please ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn. Closure requests will be processed within 3–5 business days.

8.2 Closure by BingoPlus

Bingoplus reserves the right to close or suspend your account without prior notice if:

• You have violated any terms set out in this document
• Your registration details were found to be false or inaccurate
• Your account has been involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities
• You were found using unauthorized software to gain an unfair advantage

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Bingoplus offers a self-exclusion facility for members who feel they need a break from gaming. You may apply for self-exclusion for 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently through your account settings or by contacting customer support.

9. Liability Limits

Bingoplus provides this service on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from errors or technical disruptions.

9.1 Limitation of Liability

• Bingoplus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
• BingoPlus's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total deposits made within the 30 days preceding the claim
• Bingoplus is not liable for losses resulting from internet network or device failures on the member's end
• Bingoplus is not liable for the actions of third parties such as payment providers or game providers

9.2 Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

Bingoplus reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-app notification at least 7 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the BingoPlus platform after any terms change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.
